Hey, all. Can I just say I feel exquisitely uncomfortable with posts like this?

But I do realize some of you don’t even know what my (non-written) voice sounds like, and might be interested to pull up a chair in my latest, lively podcast discussion with Focus on the Family: How to Light Your Child’s Fire for Jesus.

Yet maybe you missed the first discussion with Focus on the Family from a year ago. And here’s my series with FamilyLife Today, as well.

(FamilyLife was kind to feature a completely free 7-day hands-on devotional for families based on my book, Permanent Markers: Spiritual Life Skills to Write on Your Kids’ Hearts–which is cheapest on ChristianBook.com right now.)

Whew. Okay. That’s done.

So with gratitude–I’ve contracted for two additional books I’m working on right now: One on mom anger (Kregel), and one of IRL [In Real Life] Prayers for Parents (Andrews McMeel).

There’s another possibly to come–but until the ink is dry, it’s highly classified. (This message may combust in 30 seconds.)

So if you would, praise God with me for the ways he brings truth to families. Also–I covet your prayers for whatever ways he continues to use his message (whatever portions are from him!) here.

Keep having the awkward conversations that matter.
